Rev. Mrs. Josephine Akpene Adjei  (born 1st November 1978) is a Ghanaian career guidance advisor, marriage counsellor, minister and motivational speaker. She is the Founder and President of Josephine Adjei Ministries(JAM), CRM Virtuous Women, CEO of Jjoad Catering Services and Jjoad Palace.

Popularly called Mama Joe, she is an Executive member of Network of Apostolic Ministers and Vice President of Worldwide Council of Prophetic Alliance. She is married to His Grace, Apostle Francis Adjei therefore serving in the role of ”Premier Lady” of the church which she co-founded with her husband. She attended the prestigious Accra Girls Secondary School after which she furthered her education at Accra Polytechnic Ghana and also Regent University Ghana.

Rev. Mrs. Josephine Adjei and Apostle Francis Adjei has been married for over 17 years now with three beautiful kids, Esther, Judah and Josephine. She has been an inspiring mentor and mother not just to her three biological children but among many others young Generation. She is the the founder of Generation Movers a non denominational arm of C.R.M which focuses on building of Christian youths for the next Generation to come. Through this initiative, she has transformed the lives of youths and birthed numerous business ideas for their establishment.
